Frosted Filter
This was my favorite technique from my Background class this week. Choose three or four colors of re-inkers. I suggest you use at least one light color to make the other colors pop. Randomly drop the ink onto a plate, spritz with water then drop coffee filter onto it. Move filter around to pick up the inky water (I suggest you wear rubber gloves), remove it and crumble it up into a ball. Carefully unwrap ball and dry. I stamped this one with the flowers from Close as a Memory with Old Olive and Really Rust, mounted on Apricot Appeal, then onto Really Rust.

WOW ... gorgeous. So the coffee filter is then adhered to the card front?
