Happy Birthday neighbor (not exactly 'next door', but down the road a bit...). For Meg's card I used Not Quite Navy for the base, Very Vanilla and Sahara Sand and scraps of retired Bella Bleu DSP. This was the first (and probably last!) swing card I've made. It's really not that difficult, but I'm not good with exact measurements, and you need to be pretty precise with this technique.
It's so beautiful!!! The colors are perfect!!!
