Jo-Ann's birthday card was made using the new Springtime Vintage DSP from the Occasions Mini catalog. The scallop medallion is made by punching the sides of a 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" square with the scallop border punch. The center of that is the scallop square punch, and the flowers are cut out of the DSP. Pretty and sweet, just like Jo-Ann!
