This week's PPA challenge is a color challenge - Cherry Cobbler, Always Artichoke and Very - one of my favorite color combinations. This is last year's Christmas card (if it looks familiar), but I thought it was perfect for this challenge.
Cookie - First I stamped the Medallion on the Very Vanilla then punched the center out with the large scallop circle punch. Then I stamped the greeting on another piece of VV large enough to go behind the punched out circle and adhered both to the Always Artichoke layer. A little backwards, I know, but I liked the way it looked better than placing the scallop on top of the Medallion.
thanks---------I love this but I don't think I would have enough red rhinestones///I would like to make these for this year.....it is simply be-u-ti-ful...
I love that you created a wreath using the medallion stamp, Cathy! Love the rhinestone embellishments, too! So simple but so pretty! Thanks for sharing!
Love how you used the medallion stamp here! Beautiful wreath!
ReplyDeleteLovely! The rhinestones are a nice touch.
ReplyDeleteDid you cover the middle part of the medallion with just a circle stamped?
