Curly Label Punch Edge

I got the idea for this card after reading Debbie Henderson's blog.  She had a great tutorial on how to use the Curly Label Punch as a border.  Check it out here.

This card is made using a Whisper White base and Rose Red top layer.  The Rose Red is run through the Elegant Lines Embossing Folder, then the bottom is trimmed off using the Curly Label Punch, wrapped with white ribbon and adhered to the front of the card.  The butterflies and words are from Floral Fillers Stamp Set, and embossed with white embossing powder.  Add a couple of pearls, and it's done!
