The twinkle in his eye is a little rhinestone! He sits on Sunshine and Sprinkles Designer Series Paper under a white background of clouds embossed using the Cloudy Day Embossing Folder. Button, Bakers Twine, Daffodill Delight ribbon, tags and banner framelit are from the Annual Catalog.
