I love the new Stampin' Up! watercolor pencils. They are full of color and so easy to use.
The background of this card was made using the Watercolor Wash technique. After it dried, I cut it down, then mounted it onto Island Indigo cardstock then onto a Sahara Sand cardbase.
I used the lovely new stamp set from the Occasions catalog, called "High Tide".

Using the pencils, color your chosen colors onto watercolor paper
Using an Aquapainter, apply water and move the color around until you get the affect you want.
