Stamping Day

I had a fun day stamping with five other demonstrators yesterday. Thank you, Ruth Snyder, for hosting us!

There was such a variety of products on the tables! Some current, some retiring, and lots new. Here is what we created.

Cindy Keene gave each of us the cutest ice cream treat holder made from the Ice Cream Swirl Bundle. We made a coordinating card from that set, as well as a fancy fold card (that uses the tiniest magnets to hold it together) with the Cheerful Daisies bundle and Countryside Inn DSP. By the way, both the Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set and Dies and the Countryside Inn DSP will be in the new catalog!

If you need to send someone a little love, (or maybe a little cash tucked in the mailbox), the Sending Love Stamp Set Bundle is for you. Happily, the bundle and stamp set will be in the new catalog! Connie Gregoire designed this card so she could tuck a little money in the mailbox for her grandson's birthday! And the sympathy card she made is just lovely using the Heartfelt Hexagon Stamp Set and punch. Sadly, the Heartfelt Hexagon Stamp Set is retiring, however, the punch will be in the new catalog.

Jeanine Housely used two of my favorite DSPs in her cards, which will both be in the new catalog - yay! The first pretty card uses the Thoughtful Expression dies, which is retiring. But those cute little gold butterflies flying around the center will be back! And the second card is called a fractured card, which is lots of fun to make. It uses beautiful Winter Meadows DSP.

Both of these cards made by Kathy Pulsifer use the new Thoughtful Journey DSP. The first card is full of cuteness from the new Country Birdhouse Bundle. We may see a similar card at May's stamp class, just sayin'. And the next lovely card frames the DSP with a die from the Delicate Forest dies. I haven't finished this card yet, as I'm not sure what I want to add for a sentiment. The Delicate Forest Stamp Set and Dies will be in the new catalog!

Ruth Snyder shared three new bundles with us! The card in the back uses the Flowers of Beauty Bundle and Unbounded Beauty DSP which is full of the new In-Colors. The airplanes flying around on the left card are from the Take To The Sky Bundle and DSP. And the sweet pot of flowers is from the Country Flowers Bundle.

Thank you, ladies, for a wonderful day of stamping and friendship. Oh, where are my cards you ask? They will be on the next post in a couple of days!
