All New....

Stamp Class this week featured products from the 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog that was released July 1. We made six projects with either a new stamp set or a new color in each.

The first set of cards featured punches. The Two Step Owl punch was a big hit - whooo wouldn't like that little guy? And the Fancy Flower punch works great with the new Ala Carte Flower For You stamp. The backgrounds on both those cards used stamps from the Confetti stamp set.

Baby cards...can there be anything cuter? This little boy card was made using the Baby Tees jumbo wheel, the Polka Dots embossing folder and the Scallop Trim Border punch with Bashful Blue paper. Tangerine Tango butterflies were stamped for the next card using the new Butterfly Prints stamp set and punched out with the Butterfly Punch, then mounted on a Certainly Celery card embossed with the new Elegant Lines embossing folder.

Love, love, LOVE the new set called Just Believe! We used white Stazon and stamped onto Night of Navy CS for a lovely, opaque look, then stamped Night of Navy onto Whisper White CS for a bold look under the torn edge of Night of Navy. Very pretty. Happy Birthday with a cherry on top - I had to do it! The Tart and Tangy set was perfect to use with the new A Word for You set. And the new Cherry Cobbler CS was an instant hit!
