Z-Fold Pop Up Ballon Card

Here's another great card using the Balloon Celebrations Bundle.  Leave it to Dawn Griffith to come up with a fun version of the Z-fold card.  I love Dawn's videos and go to them often when I'm looking for something new and creative to do.  This card would be fun to do in a fancy folds class.
