SAB Celebration

Sale-A-Bration is ending tomorrow, so I thought it would be fun to make a card to celebrate this fun time of year in the Stampin' Up! world.  And who better to celebrate with than one of the cute pandas from the SAB Party Panda stamp set.

This little guy has his hands full of balloons made with colors from the Bubbles & Fizz DSP, also a SAB product.  The edge of the card is lined with strips of the DSP.
