Forever Greenery Suite

Green, green, green, leaves and gold! The Forever Greenery Suite has it all. The cards practically put themselves together with the awesome DSP, embossing folder (yes, 2 folders), gold laser cut paper, ribbon and rings that you get with this suite.

My goal was to make one card with each of the coordinating card stock: Just Jade, Pear Pizzazz, Soft Sea Foam, Garden Green, Shaded Spruce and Pretty Peacock.

I used Just Jade as the cardbase for this first card, added a layer of Designer Series paper, and the Greenery Embossing Folder with Whisper White on Pretty Peacock. The the fun really began by adding gold laser cut leaves and a gold hoop along with the leaves that were cut out directly from the DSP.

The gold hoop and gold laser cut leaves add such a pretty detail to these projects.

I used Pear Pizzazz to make this square wreath card. The layer of Crumb Cake with Crumb Cake leaves makes it look a little less formal.

Once again I cut leaves out of the Designer Series Paper using the coordinating dies. So simple!

I kept the softness of this Soft Sea Foam card going by using Very Vanilla for the verse layer. The ribbon from the combo pack wraps around the embossed paper and DSP, then is covered with a gold laser cut. I added a few Soft Sea Foam and Garden Green leaves for contrast.

I mixed things up a little and used a verse from Tasteful Touches.

The Garden Green layer and leaves help make the Cherry Cobbler berries pop on top of the gold laser cut panel. So pretty!

This quick scrappy strip card was fun to make using a Shaded Spruce base and scraps of the Designer Series Paper.

The berries and cardbase of this card are Pretty Peacock, which really picks up the strips in the DSP. The embossing folder coordinates so well with everything.

And finally, this pretty card is stamped on Whisper White and layered onto Whisper White. The gold laser cut layer pops up over the stamped leaves.

So whether you just stamp directly onto cardstock, stamp, then cut with dies or cut the images from the Designer Series Paper, you really will enjoy this beautiful suite of products.

  1. Cathy, what a beautiful line up of cards you've created. I especially love your less formal wreath card. Thanks for sharing. x
