Rainboots and ladders

 The Jan. to June Mini catalog is still going strong with lots of wonderful products worth taking a look at. Like these!

With all the rainy weather we've had this spring, I thought this card was perfect.

The Soft Suede cardbase and Blushing Bride layer are a great combination for the Basic White layer to sit on. I used one of the Butterflies and Flowers Layering Decorative masks and So Saffron ink to create a soft, pretty background for the Flowering Rainboots Bundle.

The verse is Soft Suede, boots are Blushing Bride, leaves are Old Olive and the tulips are Highland Heather.

And after the rain stops we dig out our tools and clean up the yard!

Don't forget to use samples in the catalog when you need some inspiration! I used the sample in the Jan-June Mini catalog to create this birthday card using the Home and Garden bundle. 

The cardbase is Real Red, first layer is Crumb Cake and the brick embossed layer is Basic White. I used Smokey Slate ink to add highlights over the bricks.
