Another great set that was carried over from last year is the Peaceful Deer stamp set and Deer Builder Punch. I got both of these at the end of the season last year and didn't have a chance to make anything with them. So here we go!
Once again I used my favorite combination of Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler and a pretty green, in this case I used Evening Evergreen. Keeping it rustic!
The jumping deer on the front of this Z-fold card is stamped in Memento Black ink on Crumb Cake and punched out with the Deer Builder Punch. The different shades of the trees behind the deer are stamped once with Evening Evergreen ink then stamped again without picking up more ink. That's a great way to get different shades of the same color.
And the pretty little deer sitting inside the card is stamped with Memento Black ink and colored with light Crumb Cake.
These little deer remind me of the mamma and baby we saw on our game camera up back. Just loving life!
