I've had a few stampers ask for instructions for the treat bag I made. Thanks! I found the instructions and video on Christine Miller's blog, My Stamp Lady, then modified it a little. It turns out that the bag is exactly the right width to fit in the new tag topper punches! It's a bit hard to see in the above photo, but I used the scallop tag topper for my design. Enjoy!
