If you like to garden, then you love dahlias, so this stamp is for you! This is a really big, BIG image that is perfect for showing off all the different colored dahlias you would see in a garden.
This first card is big and square and features the entire image. I popped up the image by stamping a big black THANK YOU from the "Another Thank You" right in the center, then layering it with Basic Black and adhering it to a So Saffron cardbase.
I like to keep my cards simple, and will often layer them in black to bring out the rest of the colors.
Coral and brown is one of my favorite combinations. This pretty card is stamped in each corner with Calypso Coral ink then layered on Soft Suede with a matching ribbon. The get well words are from "Thoughts and Prayers".
And finally, I made this Raspberry Ripple version using the Triple Layer technique. If you haven't done this technique before, you need to try it. Fellow demonstrator, Debbie Henderson has a great tutorial on her blog that will give you exact measurements for all the pieces and walk you through the technique step by step.
Here's all three, all different colors, just like in the garden!
