I don't make many baby cards, so making this was a real treat. Our design team member, Pam, is having a baby boy, so this card is for her. Congratulations Pam!
I made a cute little kitty using Foxy Friends then wrapped a Pear Pizzazz vine around the circle he's sitting in. The bottom layer of designer paper is from the Coffee Break DSP. Add a happy message on a banner and a bow and it's done.
