Stampin' Up! News

I'm getting ready to head out to my first Stampin' Up! convention tomorrow, and I can't wait!  I will take lots of photos and notes and update you on everything when I get back.  But before then, I want to tell you about some changes that were just announced.

As expected, there will be some price increases in the new catalog (beginning June 3).  But SU is giving us a chance to save some money and order now to get ahead of it. The products I think you might be interested in are, 8 1/2x11 cardstock will increase .25, vellum, foil, glossy papers will increase $1.00, DSP will increase .50, embossing powders will increase 1.00 and thick whisper white and very vanilla will increase .50.

Also, a few tools will be discontinued.  The Stampin' Trimmer will retire and will eventually be replaced with something new. That means all its accessories will be going too, so if you have a trimmer you should think about getting more cutting blades (#126995), scoring blades (#126996) and replacement mats (#131375) before they are gone forever. See page 208 in the annual catalog for prices.

The Big Shot is also leaving!  But I am excited about what it will be replaced with, so don't be too sad!  So the accessories with that will also retire: embossing mats (#146327), precision base plate (#139684), magnetic platform (#130658), big shot platform (#142802), replacement standard cutting pads (#113475) and Big Shot machine (#143263).  See page 214 and 221 in the annual catalog for prices.

I have a list of products that I intend to get before the price goes up or they go away totally!  So I will place an order next Tuesday, April 16.  If you are interested in ordering, send me your order, or use the host code TY4DDJTJ.
