Best Day!

It's always fun to use a new birthday stamp set, and the Best Day set in the Jan-April 2023 mini catalog is as fun as it gets.

Combine the stamp set with the Dandy Designs DSP from the SAB catalog and you get a card full of fun!

I just love the colors in this card: Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana and Fresh Fresia. Not my typical colors of choice, but they really work!

And to make it even more different, look what I did to the verse. I stamped it, then cut out each of the lines and adhered them onto the card around the circle. I cut these by hand, and I can't seem to cut a straight line, but they look pretty cute just the same.

Before I adhered the circle down, I wrapped a strip of Granny Apple Green cardstock with a piece of Coastal Cabana Bakers Twine and dangled the ends off to the side.

This next card made from the Best Day stamp set uses different, bright colors from the Dandy Designs DSP: Calypso Coral, Mango Melody and Daffodil Delight.

This colorful birthday card has HAPPY all over it!

I popped up a bright yellow banner, then cut out HAPPY and adhered that to the top of the card where it had stamped over the edge.
