Sweet Songbird Birthday Card

 I needed a birthday card this morning and remembered I had started this one last week.

This was as far as I had gotten. Cute, but not quite enough.

And this is how it looks now!

I added another Pecan Pie branch with Old Olive leaves, then cut out a nest from Crumb Cake and a little Boho Blue bird and popped them up on the branches.

Some musical notes finishes it.

Have you seen the Stitched With Whimsey dies? So cute! It really adds a lot of movement and detail, which this card needed.

And the new Pecan Pie cardstock? Love it!

The leaves don't just have to go on the trees....they make good flower leaves too! Especially when you add the little flowers to make a pretty garden.
